Job Description

Job title Refrigeration Development Manager (Gender Neutral) Role Summary Lead the launch and expansion of Mitsubishi Electric’s refrigeration business in the French tertiary market. Act as the national point of contact for refrigeration solutions, driving project identification, market promotion, partner enablement, and product strategy to accelerate growth. Expactations * Own end‑to‑end development cycle with high autonomy. * Deliver measurable business growth and market share gains. * Collaborate seamlessly with national prescription, design offices, and installation partners. * Provide timely field insights to shape product roadmap and marketing positioning. Key Responsibilities * Identify and activate refrigeration projects across tertiary sectors (retail, healthcare, hospitality, etc.). * Engage with project owners, design offices, and prescribers to promote Mitsubishi Electric’s innovative refrigeration solutions. * Lead training and competency development for partner installers. * Capture and relay market feedback to influence product strategy and visibility initiatives. * Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape. * Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure project success from proposal to delivery. Required Skills * Strong business development and project identification capabilities. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. * Technical understanding of refrigeration systems and tertiary application requirements. * Ability to train and support partner installation teams. * Strategic thinking with a data‑driven approach to market positioning. * Self‑directed, results‑oriented mindset. * Proficiency in French and English (both written and spoken). Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, HVAC/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Relevant HVAC or refrigeration certification is an advantage.
