Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Trade Marketing Intern Role Summary: Provide support to the Communications & Image team in executing and monitoring retail marketing initiatives across Europe, coordinating seasonal plans, event logistics, and partner activities while delivering operational execution of promotional tools and analyzing performance metrics. Expectations: • Actively participate in the planning and execution of retail marketing activations. • Maintain daily communication with retail teams and external partners. • Deliver timely reporting and analytics. • Demonstrate strong organization, creativity, and a passion for fashion retail. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and report daily on retail marketing animations. - Organize retail events (shopping center visibility, VIP activations, press days). - Support coordination of seasonal marketing plans for France and Europe. - Assist in creating retail and digital content; highlight product exclusives. - Coordinate marketing plans and exclusivity agreements with outlet partners. - Deploy marketing tools across the European network (promotional offers, campaign visuals, signage). - Develop and manage the Goodies policy: supplier briefs, product creation, mechanicals, stock tracking, benchmark studies. - Control marketing operations, compile performance reports (quantitative KPIs, qualitative feedback), and conduct competitive intelligence. Required Skills: - Proficiency in English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Basic understanding of retail marketing and the fashion industry. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Current Master’s program (M1 or M2) in Communication, Marketing, or related field. - Seeking a second placement or final internship.
