Information Technology Project Manager

Job Description

Job title: Information Technology Project Manager Role Summary: Freelance IT Project Manager overseeing infrastructure, SAP, and ServiceNow initiatives. Ensures on‑time, on‑budget delivery, stakeholder alignment, and governance compliance for a 12‑month rolling contract. Expectations: - Long‑term freelance contract (12‑month rolling) - Hybrid model: 4 days onsite per week - Act as single point of contact for all project stakeholders Key Responsibilities: - Own project activities and overall delivery - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments - Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress against milestones - Apply proven project management methodologies to guide critical decisions - Build and sustain relationships with internal teams and external vendors - Identify, document, and escalates risks and issues promptly - Produce regular status reports for senior management Required Skills: - 5–10 years experience in IT project management (Infrastructure, SAP, ServiceNow) - Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder, risk, and supply‑chain management abilities - Leadership skills to influence cross‑functional teams - Advanced proficiency in English Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field (not explicitly mandated) - Relevant PM certifications (PMP, Prince2, or similar) preferred but not mandatory.
