**Job title** FIM Project Lead – Finance Information Management (FTC) **Role Summary** Lead the Finance Information Management (FIM) workstream within a global ERP transformation program. Design and deliver a simplified, performance‑led reporting framework and chart of accounts, standardising and automating planning, analysis, and management reporting across the organization. **Expactations** - Define the future‑state FIM vision, principles, and strategic outcomes. - Deliver an Enterprise Value Map, Public Cloud assessment, and FIM hypothesis with required dimensions. - Create a Reporting Strategy Playbook, Reference Architecture, and Solution Architecture overlay linking FIM to ERP/EPM/reporting platforms. - Establish a governance framework, finalize FIM design, and produce a detailed implementation roadmap with dependencies and ownership. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead design and documentation of global FIM frameworks, governance, and process design. - Collaborate with senior finance leadership, group leadership, and third‑party consultants to shape data and reporting strategy. - Produce key artefacts: Value Map, Cloud assessment report, Playbook, Architecture diagrams, governance charter, and implementation plan. - Guide solution thinking, stress‑test hypotheses, and translate complex concepts into clear strategic documents. - Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with overall ERP program timelines. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in finance transformation or FIM implementation in global organisations. - Deep knowledge of FP&A, planning, and performance reporting best practices. - Strong stakeholder influence, including senior finance and group leadership teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex ideas. - Skilled in developing global frameworks, governance models, and finance process design. - Familiarity with public/private cloud infrastructure and enterprise reporting systems. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). - Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).

Act as a trusted finance business partner to local leadership, oversee audit activities, and drive working‑capital and cash‑flow management. Expectations * Deliver high‑quality financial statements and statutory filings within required timeframes. * Strengthen internal controls and support internal audit and controls testing. * Lead and develop a finance team, ensuring effective workload delegation and growth. * Partner with shared services and external advisors on audit, tax, and regulatory matters. * Contribute to broader finance change initiatives and process improvements. Required Skills * Strong IFRS knowledge and understanding of US & Canadian finance regulations. * Proven experience managing finance teams in a matrix structure. * Expertise in financial control, audit, tax, and professional services delivery. * Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and business‑partnering skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience preferred. * Proactive, solution‑oriented, and effective communicator.
