**Job Title** Influencer Marketing Manager **Role Summary** Develop and execute an influencer strategy that supports brand and business objectives. Oversee influencer partnerships, agency collaboration, and campaign execution while ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives and KPIs. Manage performance measurement, reporting, and continuous optimization of influencer programs. **Expectations** - Deliver influencer strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. - Maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies. - Quantitatively measure and report on campaign impact. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement influencer marketing initiatives aligned with company goals. - Execute paid influencer campaigns to support key products and conversion objectives. - Manage influencer agency partners, providing strategic direction and ensuring adherence to brand strategy. - Brief influencers and agencies on project details, deliverables, and expectations. - Lead internal influencer program to maximize cost‑efficiency and impact. - Coordinate with social media teams for timely content production and calendar alignment. - Maintain influencer calendar and oversee content usage strategy (UGC, paid, and organic distribution). - Vet and assess influencers using data‑driven insights on reach, engagement, audience fit, and brand alignment. - Analyze campaign performance data, prepare post‑campaign reports, and recommend optimization actions. - Stay current on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices. **Required Skills** - Proven ability to manage and scale influencer campaigns. - Deep knowledge of major social‑media platforms and emerging influencer trends. - Proficiency in influencer marketing metrics, reporting, and campaign analysis. - Experienced with social‑media tools: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, BrandWatch, Netbase, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Analytics, Twitter Analytics. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Strong project‑management skills in fast‑paced environments. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience. - Minimum 5 years of influencer marketing experience (campaign strategy and execution). - US Passport or US Permanent Resident status.
