Job Description
Job title: Sales Analyst – Fixed Term (6 months) Role Summary: Provide quantitative and analytical support to medical‑tech sales teams by creating and maintaining sales performance metrics, dashboards, and incentive calculations, while ensuring alignment with corporate remuneration policies and market insights. Expectations: - Manage variable compensation for sales personnel in line with the company’s variable pay policy. - Extract, cleanse, and analyse data from the business intelligence system and ERP to produce actionable insights. - Monitor and report on budget adherence, commercial KPIs, and event spending. Key Responsibilities: - Design and update sales dashboards and KPI reports for regional managers and the commercial leadership team. - Perform market‑analysis activities to evaluate commercial segment potential and deliver recommendations. - Maintain the integrity of the sales portfolio within the ERP, including data entry and audit of client records. - Continually refine BI outputs and support commercial and marketing leaders in sector analysis. - Track and report on commercial event budgets. Required Skills: - Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in data extraction and manipulation. - Proficiency with ERP systems and business‑intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik Sense). - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, VBA optional). - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities. - High organisational capacity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. - Professional background in sales or commercial analytics; experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage. - No mandatory certifications listed, but knowledge of ERP/BI training certificates is desirable.
