Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks responsibly, following licensing rules. 4. Process cash and card payments using POS systems. 5. Keep dining, bar, and service areas clean and compliant with health regulations. 6. Support event setup, service, and breakdown for club functions and tournaments. 7. Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages. 8. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and event teams to ensure seamless service.
