Job Description
Job Title: Food and Beverage Attendant Role Summary: Operate front‑of‑house service in a golf club environment, delivering high‑quality customer service in the clubhouse, bar, and dining areas. Handle order taking, food and drink serving, payment processing, cleanliness maintenance, and event support. Expectations: Friendly, professional demeanor. Efficient service in a fast‑paced setting. Responsible handling of cash, card, and alcoholic beverage transactions. Adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. 2. Accurately take, process, and serve food and beverage orders. 3. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks responsibly, following licensing rules. 4. Process cash and card payments using POS systems. 5. Keep dining, bar, and service areas clean and compliant with health regulations. 6. Support event setup, service, and breakdown for club functions and tournaments. 7. Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages. 8. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and event teams to ensure seamless service. Required Skills: - Proven hospitality or food‑service experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. - Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverage service and responsible serving. - Proficiency with POS systems for accurate payment handling. - Team‑oriented, proactive approach to tasks. - Basic food hygiene and health‑safety awareness. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum: Level 1 or Level 2 Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain). - Preferred: Personal bar license or relevant bar‑service experience. ---
