**Job Title** MES Project Manager – Software Edition (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end installation of a MES software suite for glass manufacturing clients, coordinating internal teams and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple continents. **Expectations** * Deliver projects on schedule and within scope. * Manage client touchpoints and ensure satisfaction. * Adapt to changing technical requirements and support continuous improvement of project methods. * Travel globally (every 5 continents) for onsite deployments. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Pilot and coordinate MES installation projects, linking client needs with internal resources. 2. Plan and schedule project phases: material preparation, configuration, installation, monitoring, production roll‑out. 3. Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and provide regular progress updates. 4. Oversee onsite deployment; train operators, managers, and site directors on MES usage. 5.
