**Job Title:** ERP Project Manager (m/f)
**Role Summary:**
Leads the analysis, design, implementation, and support of ERP solutions. Acts as the technical‑functional bridge between business needs and system capabilities, ensuring continuous operation, availability, and evolution of ERP applications. Oversees project lifecycles, development of new functionalities, user training, incident resolution, and documentation maintenance.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum associate‑level (BAC+2) degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in ERP project management and software development.
- Technico‑functional expertise with market ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle; Sage X3 is a strong asset).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language used for ERP extensions.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and written communication skills.
- High degree of rigor, teamwork orientation, and stakeholder management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gather and analyze business requirements; contribute to functional specifications and technical specifications.
- Draft and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation (cahier des charges, specs).
- Ensure ERP applications are operational, performant, and available to users.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for ERP enhancements and new modules.
- Develop, test, and deploy new functionalities, programs, or modules within the ERP environment.
- Coordinate rollout activities and deliver end‑user training sessions.
- Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve incidents and support tickets.
- Continuously update system and user documentation.
**Required Skills:**
- ERP platforms: SAP, Oracle; familiarity with Sage X3 preferred.
- Software development: experience with ERP‑compatible languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, PL/SQL, .NET).
- Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Business analysis and requirements engineering.
- Incident management and problem‑solving.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and documentation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (minimum BAC+2).
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or ERP‑specific certifications (SAP, Oracle, Sage) are advantageous but not mandatory.
