Job Title: Sales Manager – Technical Real Estate (Logistics/Semi‑Industrial) Role Summary: Responsible for commercializing logistics‑and semi‑industrial real‑estate projects, guiding leads from prospect to contract. Leverages technical expertise in engineering, architecture, or construction to evaluate feasibility, prepare proposals, and maintain relationships with brokers, investors, and end‑users. Expectations: - Deliver sales outcomes for multiple projects simultaneously. - Demonstrate technical and financial insight in project assessment. - Operate autonomously within an entrepreneurial, flat‑structured team. - Foster long‑term client relationships and support the entire sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the sales process for logistics and semi‑industrial buildings, focusing on tailored business solutions. - Generate and manage leads, craft tailored proposals, and execute contracts. - Build and maintain a robust network of brokers, investors, and stakeholders. - Advise clients on project feasibility, design options, and financial implications. - Monitor and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and finance teams to align client requirements with project capabilities. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of engineering, architecture, or construction for real‑estate projects. - Proven sales experience in industrial or logistics property development. - Proficiency in technical drawing tools and financial feasibility assessment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑management skills. - Team‑oriented networker with ability to work cross‑functionally. - Fluency in Dutch; advanced French; English is a significant plus.
