**Role Summary**
The Real Estate Business Developer focuses on identifying, evaluating, and securing new residential development opportunities. The role involves market analysis, site feasibility assessment, project structuring, strategic positioning, and stakeholder relationship management to drive value creation within the company’s residential portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**
