**Job title** Web Analyst / Data Analyst (English Bilingual) **Role Summary** Provide analytical support to customers implementing the Wizaly platform, interpret data, audit media and web tracking, produce insights and reports, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance platform capabilities. **Expectations** - Deliver clear, accurate analyses and reports on time. - Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders in English and French. - Maintain high standards of data quality and platform knowledge. - Contribute proactively to product improvements and marketing documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist clients in setting up and configuring the Wizaly platform. - Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reporting. - Establish and manage customer deliverables. - Audit media campaign and website tracking, ensuring accuracy. - Contribute to data enrichment initiatives. - Partner with the product team on platform enhancements. - Draft marketing documents such as white papers and case studies. - Monitor and troubleshoot marketing attribution issues. **Required Skills** - Native or near‑native proficiency in English; fluent in French. - 1+ year experience in data analysis or web analytics within SaaS or digital marketing. - Strong analytical mindset focused on marketing metrics. - Advanced Excel skills; experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, DCM, SA360, etc.). - Data visualization proficiency (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Excellent written and oral communication. - Knowledge of R or Python is a plus. - Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
