Job Description
**Job title** Sales Operations Business Partner **Role Summary** Serve as the strategic liaison between the Revenue Operations team and sales functions (SDRs, Acquisition Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Engineers). Design and deliver data‑driven insights, Salesforce reporting, and process improvements that drive revenue performance and operational efficiency. **Expectations** - Minimum 3 years in sales or revenue operations roles. - Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in high‑growth environments. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process optimization. - Experience with Salesforce and its reporting framework (2+ years preferred). - Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Act as trusted consultant to Sales Leadership, consolidating insights and advising on strategic initiatives. - Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that align with global sales metrics. - Own project execution for EMEA sales leaders: gather requirements, analyze current processes, validate solutions, and deliver actions. - Identify and implement core improvements in sales processes or systems. - Enforce CRM hygiene; coach managers on data quality and usage. - Develop reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets) enabling managers and individuals to run their business. - Assess meeting/lead distribution to ensure fairness and volume across sales roles. - Conduct book‑of‑business analysis to align account managers with appropriate accounts and partners. **Required Skills** - Sales operations experience (pipeline, forecasting, funnel). - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. - Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) configuration and reporting. - Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, HEX). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with complex data sets. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Self‑motivated, independent work ethic balanced with collaboration in a fast‑paced setting. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field *or* equivalent professional experience. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Advanced Administrator) are desirable but not mandatory.
