Job Description
Job Title: Fire Security Team Leader (SSIAP 2) Role Summary: Lead and manage a fire safety team, ensuring continuous operation, timely personnel training, and compliance with safety regulations for a public‑service site. Coordinate with stakeholders, maintain up‑to‑date procedural documents, and handle crisis situations effectively. Expactations: Demonstrate strong leadership, clear communication, and proactive risk management. Maintain confidentiality, exercise self‑evaluation, and adapt swiftly to evolving site conditions. Provide accurate reporting and participate actively in coordination meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the fire safety crew, ensuring coverage across shifts and absences. - Deliver SSIAP 2 training, refresher sessions, and monitor retention of safety procedures. - Update site‑specific emergency instructions in response to structural or organizational changes. - Report critical information to clients, agencies, and collaborators. - Assist management in follow‑up meetings, documenting indicators and maintaining traceability. - Lead crisis management in collaboration with on‑site teams during incidents. - Conduct public briefings and share clear, concise alerts. - Participate in SSIAP 1 team training and animation activities. Required Skills: - Mastery of fire safety regulations for public‑service ERP type U. - Proficiency in SSIAP 2 training delivery and curriculum maintenance. - Excellent written and verbal communication; clear, concise alerting skills. - Strong interpersonal and managerial abilities with an adaptive, observant mindset. - Ability to produce accurate reporting and data traceability. - Crisis‑management competence and confidence in public speaking. - High attention to detail, confidentiality, and responsibility. Required Education & Certifications: - SSIAP 2 Certification (certified by the French Ministry of the Interior). - Relevant fire safety or safety management diploma (e.g., BTS Systèmes, DUT Génie Civil susceptible). - Minimum of 2 years experience in fire safety management or equivalent responsibility.
