Job title: Senior Marketing Manager – EMEA
Role Summary: Lead and execute the EMEA marketing strategy for a B2B SaaS hospitality platform, aligning campaigns with sales revenue goals, managing integrated digital, events, and ABM programs, and maintaining measurable impact across the region.
Expectations: 6+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience (hospitality preferred); strong cross‑functional leadership; proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Asana; analytical and strategic mindset; excellent communication, organization, and budget management skills; fluent in English (additional European languages a plus).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop the EMEA marketing plan in partnership with Sales, Growth Marketing, and global teams.
- Lead execution of integrated marketing programs across digital, content, design, and events.
- Oversee owned and third‑party EMEA events, ensuring alignment with regional objectives and KPI‑driven outcomes.
- Act as senior marketing liaison for the EMEA sales organization; align marketing initiatives with revenue targets.
- Manage the regional marketing mix, including digital journeys, targeted paid campaigns, and field marketing.
- Communicate campaign performance, metrics, and pipeline impact to sales leaders.
- Create scalable processes for webinars, customer events, and ABM to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Translate global marketing initiatives into region‑specific projects and define qualification criteria.
- Represent the company at industry events.
Required Skills:
- Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, hospitality industry preference.
- Cross‑functional leadership, project and budget management expertise.
- Expertise in digital, social, partner, customer, product, and events marketing.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Asana.
- Analytical, KPI‑driven, and strategic local‑market planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications in HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, or digital marketing preferred.
