**Job Title** Sales Excellence Director (H/F) – CDI **Role Summary** Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of end‑to‑end sales processes across a global, B2B transportation sales organization. Act as the primary interface between field sales, corporate strategy, and international teams, aligning processes, tools (Salesforce), and training initiatives to drive commercial performance and customer experience. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable improvement in sales performance and process adoption. - Manage end‑to‑end sales process definition with cross‑functional stakeholder engagement. - Ensure alignment between strategy, tools, and field practices. - Drive organizational change and a culture of continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Define and document end‑to‑end sales processes. 2. Align sales strategy, tools (Salesforce and group platforms), and field practices. 3. Design, deliver, and monitor training and support programs for sales teams. 4. Track process adoption rates and spearhead improvement initiatives. 5. Serve as the central liaison among field sales, market companies, and international teams. 6. Benchmark practices across countries; identify and implement best practices. 7. Rally and coach regional directors, account managers, and other sales leaders to adopt new processes. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B sales experience (direct or network‑based). - Senior commercial or managerial role with strong business focus. - Experience structuring and implementing sales processes in complex, multinational settings. - Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. - Strong training, facilitation, and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups. - Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. - Collaborative mindset, active listening, and empathy for business & human factors. - Organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. - CRM or sales‑management certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Certified Sales Professional) are advantageous.
