Job Title: Sr Group Product Manager – Growth Platform
Role Summary: Lead a multi‑disciplinary product group focused on communications, marketing technology, content management, and affiliate platforms. Own product strategy, deliver high‑impact initiatives, and mentor a team of PMs while also executing as a senior individual contributor on key v0/v1 bets.
Expectations: 7+ years PM experience; proven ability to drive end‑to‑end product cycles in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment. Deliver measurable business outcomes (engagement, retention, revenue) through data‑driven decision making and risk‑aware experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the vision and roadmap for the Growth Platform, covering CommTech, MarTech, CMS, content orchestration, and Affiliate/KOL solutions.
- Mentor and manage a squad of PMs; set OKRs, provide PRD guidance, and ensure timely delivery of high‑impact features.
- Own AI‑driven personalization features (content, send time, upsell) ensuring compliance, auditability, and guardrails.
- Design and launch end‑to‑end communication and content platforms (push, email, in‑app) with segmentation, templates, experimentation, localization, and governance.
- Build and scale the Affiliate/KOL platform: attribution, payouts, dashboards, libraries, APIs, and fraud controls.
- Partner with Lifecycle, Marketing, Brand, Client Engagement, Data, and Engineering to align on product bets, unblock dependencies, and drive cross‑functional adoption.
- Define and monitor key metrics (experiment volume, cycle time, self‑serve adoption, uptime, NTU/TU/retention lifts) to quantify platform impact.
Required Skills:
- Product management expertise in CommTech, MarTech, CMS, or experimentation ecosystems.
- Experience building affiliate or partner platforms with accurate tracking, attribution, and payouts.
- Strong analytical capability; translate data into decisions and actionable outcomes.
- Excellent written communication and principled leadership across complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Practical experience with AI/ML for personalization, including at least one shipped use case.
- Proven bias to action: comfortable leading discovery, drafting clear PRDs, and launching v0/v1 releases quickly in a remote setting.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Product certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing) are a plus.
