Job Description
Job Title: Infrastructure Director Role Summary: Lead the delivery of enterprise technology infrastructure services—including servers, workstations, telecommunications, and user support—under the Vice‑President of IT and Digitalization. Oversee infrastructure, telecom, and user‑support teams, ensuring security, continuity, and performance while aligning projects with the organization’s IT strategic plan, with 3 days per week on‑site in Montreal. Expectations: - Proven 7–10 years of IT team management experience. - Strong command of cybersecurity, business continuity, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Fortinet, Cisco, AS400, and SAP. - Project‑management mindset; familiarity with ITIL, PMP, Agile, and Design Thinking is an asset. - Bilingual in French and English; must communicate effectively with Canadian and U.S. business units. - Quebec residency required. Key Responsibilities: - Direct and develop team leaders and their teams across infrastructure, telecommunications, and user support. - Manage technology assets, contracts, and procurement efficiently. - Safeguard IT security, ensure business continuity, and maintain system performance. - Prioritize and execute projects in line with the IT strategic roadmap. - Deliver outstanding support to all business units. - Champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation. Required Skills: - IT infrastructure management and operations expertise. - Leadership and team development. - Cybersecurity and business continuity knowledge. - Cloud platform proficiency (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with Microsoft 365, Fortinet, Cisco, AS400, SAP. - Project management with ITIL, PMP, Agile, and Design Thinking frameworks. - Bilingual communication (French/English). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Administration (or equivalent experience). - Certifications in ITIL, PMP, Agile (Scrum Master, etc.) are preferred.
