**Job title:** Vice President Project Management **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding of new Managing General Undertakers/Agents (MGUs/MGAs) and specialty programs, ensuring full integration across business, financial, regulatory, and compliance functions. Direct cross‑functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet strategic objectives. **Expectations** - Minimum 10 years of project management experience, including 5 years in insurance or program management (MGU/MGA). - Demonstrated ability to lead small project‑management teams and coordinate with senior business leaders. - PMP or equivalent project‑management certification preferred. - Strong analytical, communication, and decision‑making skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Willingness and ability to travel as required. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Own the implementation of new specialty programs and MGU/MGA products company‑wide. 2. Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, allocating resources, tracking progress, and reporting status to stakeholders. 3. Lead requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, and system maintenance activities. 4. Conduct detailed business‑process and solution analyses, aligning outcomes with strategic plans. 5. Identify, evaluate, and implement third‑party vendors and internal tools (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce). 6. Prepare and present project plans, status reports, cost‑benefit studies, and risk mitigation updates. 7. Ensure compliance with system architecture, standards, and best practices across projects. 8. Coach and support functional leaders, resolving issues and facilitating cross‑departmental collaboration. 9. Champion continuous process improvement initiatives (AS‑IS/TO‑BE redesign). 10. Contribute to long‑range systems planning and alignment with business objectives. **Required Skills** - Project scope, schedule, risk, cost, resource, and quality management. - Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication in English. - Interpersonal skills for collaboration in a matrix organization. - Multi‑project scheduling and task‑management proficiency. - Problem‑resolution, team‑building, and decisive leadership. - Ability to produce comprehensive status metrics, milestone charts, risk registers, and budget performance reports. - Familiarity with project‑management methodologies, particularly PMP standards. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (any field). - PMP certification or equivalent project‑management credential preferred. - Minimum 5 years of insurance carrier or MGUs/MGAs program experience; commercial insurance experience is a strong preference.
