Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Development Manager – Sale & Lease of Maritime Containers (B2B/B2C) **Role Summary:** Drive the expansion of the regional sale and lease activity for maritime containers. Build and manage a client portfolio, lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to delivery and after‑sales, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Achieve growth targets for container sales and rentals in the designated region. - Build a structured, profitable portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. - Deliver regular performance reporting and market insights to senior management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, prospect, and convert new clients across B2B and B2C segments. - Schedule and conduct commercial meetings; manage the complete sales cycle (negotiation, contract, delivery, follow‑up). - Use internal databases to uncover opportunities and maintain a reliable pipeline. - Develop customized proposals incorporating technical, logistical, and financial aspects. - Provide post‑sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Produce regular activity reports and performance metrics. - Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies. - Coordinate with operations and logistics units to guarantee container availability and compliance. - Travel regionally as required; maintain a valid driving licence (Category B). **Required Skills:** - Proven field‑sales experience in B2B/B2C, ideally within industry, logistics, or construction. - Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing capabilities. - Ability to build long‑term client relationships and deliver tailored solutions. - Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools; data‑driven decision making. - Self‑directed, meticulous, and comfortable with client interaction. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum Bac +2/3 in commerce or equivalent business studies. - Valid Category B driving licence. - Recognition as a person with a disability (RQTH) is welcomed but not mandatory.
