Job Title: Marketing Manager
Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of global marketing strategy for AI‑driven Agentic solutions, driving acquisition, brand positioning, content creation, event coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration across multiple international markets.
Expectations: • Deliver measurable growth in brand awareness and lead generation. • Manage and mentor a marketing team. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Leadership, and Alliance Director to align marketing with commercial objectives. • Operate autonomously in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, structure, and implement the overall marketing strategy.
- Plan and execute acquisition and awareness campaigns across digital, social, content, and events channels.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive editorial calendar aligned with business priorities.
- Produce high‑impact content (articles, whitepapers, newsletters, videos, campaigns).
- Manage and optimize brand presence on digital platforms.
- Coordinate marketing events (webinars, conferences, tech trade shows).
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and recommend optimizations.
- Coach and support the marketing team’s daily activities.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in digital, tech, SaaS, or consulting.
- Strong digital marketing proficiency and understanding of AI/innovation trends.
- Excellent content marketing, storytelling, and brand strategy skills.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end projects with creativity, autonomy, and rigor.
- Comfortable working in a high‑growth, dynamic setting.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Additional certifications in digital marketing, project management, or AI/technology are advantageous but not mandatory.
