Job title: Business Analysis Consultant (AMOA)
Role Summary:
Act as a strategic partner for large and mid‑market clients, driving digital transformation of Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions through ERP projects. Support end‑to‑end project lifecycle from business analysis and optimisation to solution design, testing, change management, and go‑live, while advising on solution selection and integration.
Expectations:
- 1‑10 years of experience in consulting, system integration, or corporate finance/procurement roles
- Proven track record in ERP implementation (Sage X3, Oracle, SAP, Workday, ESKER, BASWARE, etc.)
- Strong business analysis, process optimisation, and functional expertise in Finance and/or Procurement
- Professional English language proficiency required
Key Responsibilities:
- Define business strategy, develop functional roadmaps, and create opportunity studies & business cases
- Analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design optimisation plans
- Recommend ERP solutions and integration partners, aligning with client strategy
- Lead project execution: write functional specifications, oversee solution design, and manage testing (strategy, execution, UAT)
- Coordinate go‑live activities, ensuring smooth transition and operational stability
- Develop and execute change management plans: workshops, training, user adoption, and stakeholder communication
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal service offerings and commercial proposals
Required Skills:
- Expertise in ERP functional design and implementation (Finance/Procurement)
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
- Project management proficiency (plan, execute, control, close)
- Experience with digital automation tools (RPA, AI, ML) for process simplification
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English; French knowledge a plus
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Functional Consultant, Oracle E‑Business Suite, PMP, Prince2) preferred but not mandatory.
