**Role Summary**
Lead the regional marketing organization across Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific for a professional services firm. - Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social, paid media, brand, events, and alumni engagement.
- Own the execution of major strategic projects such as a global website launch and CRM system upgrade.
- Analyse campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize spend for ROI.
- Build and maintain metrics dashboards and reporting frameworks for senior leadership.
- Champion brand consistency, creative excellence, and storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Mentor and develop marketing talent, promoting career growth and skill advancement.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within a large professional services or law firm environment.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing, digital marketing, brand management, and event strategy.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and resource allocation capabilities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with executive leaders, cross‑functional teams, and external partners.
- Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Adaptability to work across multiple time zones and cultural settings.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Project Management, Brand Management) are advantageous.
