Job Description
Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Role Summary: Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable backend systems using Java, Spring, and modern enterprise technologies. Serve as subject‑matter expert, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high‑quality code, performance, and security across client and internal projects. Expactations: - Deliver production‑ready code that meets functional, performance, and security standards. - Mentor and onboard new team members, and conduct regular code reviews. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Maintain rigorous adherence to Agile practices, unit testing, documentation, and best practices. Required Skills: - Java (incl.
