**Job Title**: Automation Engineer, Agentic Orchestration
**Role Summary**:
Design, develop, and maintain autonomous AI agent systems that integrate with enterprise applications to automate complex business processes.
**Expectations**:
- Deliver robust, secure, and scalable AI agent solutions from concept to production.
- Drive continuous improvement and evidence‑based optimization of automation workflows.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to analyze existing workflows and identify AI automation opportunities.
- Own the full lifecycle of AI agent development: prototype, test, deploy, configure, and manage production environments.
- Design and implement integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, databases).
- Build evaluation frameworks for quality control and iterative improvement of AI agent performance.
- Develop custom connectors, APIs, and middleware to enable data exchange between AI services and other applications.
- Mentor junior developers and system administrators in AI agent deployment and management.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools to keep solutions state‑of‑the‑art.
**Required Skills**
- Experience with cloud AI services (OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock) and LLM APIs.
- Strong background in business process analysis and redesign.
- Proficient in NLP, LLMs, and ML fundamentals.
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise integration platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi).
- Knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
- Skilled in conversational AI frameworks and chatbot development.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, RAG systems, and knowledge graphs.
- API design expertise (REST, RPC, SSE, GraphQL) and data formats (JSON, XML).
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving, cross‑functional collaboration, and entrepreneurial mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
