Job Description

**Job Title:** Internship – Data Scientist **Role Summary:** Hands‑on internship supporting the centralised data science team to deliver analytics‑driven business value across Europe and APAC. Works under the Data Science Manager to identify opportunities, build models, and deploy solutions that improve EBITDA, reduce costs, and automate processes. **Expactations:** - Deliver high‑impact analytics projects within agreed timelines. - Communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders. - Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. - Demonstrate proactive learning and adaptability in a fast‑moving environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and prioritize high‑value business problems. - Acquire, clean, and prepare structured and unstructured data. - Develop statistical and machine‑learning models using Python. - Deploy models, monitor performance, and support user adoption. - Produce visualisations and reports to translate insights into actionable recommendations. **Required Skills:** - Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities. - Advanced Python for machine learning and statistical analysis. - Basic SQL for data extraction and transformation. - Experience with academic or competition‑based ML projects. - Ability to convert analytical results into business solutions. - Fluent English (French and Power BI/Azure knowledge are pluses). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Final‑year Master’s student in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.) at a top university or business school. - No formal certifications required; relevant coursework or project experience in data science/ML preferred.
