**Job Title** Commercial BtoB – Local Digital Sales Representative **Role Summary** Drive the growth of digital services for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) within the Amiens (80) territory. Act as the sole local partner for assigned professionals, prospect new clients and maintain existing accounts, delivering tailored digital solutions (websites, SEO, social ads, SMS/email campaigns, and appointment bookings). **Expectations** - Acquire and manage a unique sales territory with a pre‑assigned active client portfolio. - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (fixed + variable compensation). - Demonstrate autonomy, high energy, and a strong drive for results. - Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding SMEs through digital strategy without involving leasing or financing options. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and acquire new local BtoB and BtoC clients using both cold outreach and inbound leads. - Consult and design personalized digital solutions for SMEs during discovery and follow‑up meetings. - Persistently manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high retention and upsell. - Maintain accurate activity records and generate detailed reports in Salesforce CRM. - Collaborate with internal teams to execute client projects and provide performance feedback. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in BtoB/BtoC sales prospecting and portfolio management. - Excellent communication, listening, and relationship‑building skills. - Strong self‑motivation, result orientation, and persistence. - Ability to present and explain digital concepts to non‑technical clients. - Comfortable using Salesforce, MS Office, and digital communication tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications or related field). - No mandatory certifications, but advantageous: sales or digital marketing credentials (e.g., Google Ads, Salesforce). - Valid driver’s licence (required for company vehicle). ---
