**Job Title:** Privacy Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, coordination, and execution of company‑wide privacy programs to ensure compliance with global data‑protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, etc.) across product, studio, and operations functions. Act as the central point for privacy governance, policy development, vendor due diligence, and stakeholder communication.
**Expactations:**
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable, actionable processes.
- Drive cross‑functional initiatives that embed privacy into product development and operational workflows.
- Maintain continuous improvement of privacy tooling and documentation to keep pace with evolving regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain the privacy roadmap; conduct gap analyses for studios.
- Draft, update, and manage privacy policies, cookie notices, DPIAs, LIA/TIA documents, and related procedures.
- Lead vendor assessments, ROPA management, and TrustArc (or equivalent) implementations.
- Coordinate DPIAs with business, Legal, and external DPOs.
- Monitor global regulatory changes; produce concise summaries and action plans.
- Manage the Deletion Framework, data subject rights requests, and data access controls.
- Serve as primary contact for Privacy Guardians and orchestrate training, awareness, and communication campaigns.
- Support related projects (AI Framework, Trust & Safety, Age Gating).
**Required Skills:**
- Strong program & project management, with proven ability to deliver multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
- In‑depth knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and other privacy regulations.
- Hands‑on experience with privacy platforms (TrustArc, Privado, or similar).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate technical privacy concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and geographies.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- IAPP certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) or equivalent highly preferred; legal background a plus.
