**Job Title:** Team Manager
**Role Summary:** Lead and develop a sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive KPI performance, and ensure operational excellence through coaching, clienteling strategies, and product knowledge.
**Expectations:**
- Establish, monitor, and optimize sales and clienteling KPI targets for the team.
- Ensure consistent application of clienteling strategies using digital tools (e.g., Smart XP, MY-V XP).
- Maintain product knowledge standards, including storytelling and care guidelines.
- Oversee inventory management, operational compliance, and administrative tasks.
- Foster team growth through training, feedback, and collaborative team development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Set and track individual/team KPIs, aligning with performance goals.
- Implement clienteling protocols, training the team on digital platforms and customer engagement.
- Provide expert product knowledge and storytelling to sales staff.
- Coordinate stock organization, stock counts, and product safety protocols.
- Supervise operations (digital systems, inventory, compliance) and administrative documentation.
- Schedule team workflows, assign roles based on traffic, and execute zoning strategies.
- Onboard and train sales teams on brand standards, client experience, and product care.
- Deliver monthly performance reviews, coaching, and corrective actions for team improvement.
- Collaborate with store leadership to enhance client experience and sales performance.
- Support VIP client management and address sensitive client interactions.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced client relationship management and customer experience strategies.
- Expertise in product storytelling, brand knowledge, and clienteling techniques.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Smart XP, MY-V XP, SAP, PRISM, Training App).
- Leadership in team performance management, coaching, and development.
- Operational acumen in retail processes (inventory, compliance, tool integration).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in retail, business, or related field.
- Certifications in clienteling methodologies or retail sales leadership (preferred, though not mandatory).
