Job Description
Job Title Apprentice Inside Sales Commercial – Rodez Role Summary Inside sales apprentice responsible for prospecting, developing, and managing a B2B client portfolio in the transport and logistics professional training sector. Supports field sales team, maintains client database, and ensures client satisfaction while fulfilling academic requirements of a BTS NDRC apprenticeship. Expectations - Complete BTS NDRC apprenticeship in conjunction with daily sales duties. - Demonstrate progression in sales techniques, client handling, and CRM usage. - Build a measurable pipeline of qualified prospects and convert opportunities into sales. Key Responsibilities - Identify and qualify new prospects via telephone and email. - Schedule appointments for on‑field sales representatives. - Populate and enrich client database with accurate contact information. - Respond to client inquiries, provide product advice, and present AFTRAL training offerings. - Draft and submit quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales. - Monitor purchase orders, track implementation, and gauge client satisfaction. - Participate in the planning of commercial actions and prospecting campaigns. - Prepare regular reporting on sales activity and results. Required Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills in French (email, phone). - Proactive prospecting and lead qualification. - Basic CRM/database management. - Customer‑centric mindset with ability to tailor training solutions. - Time‑management and ability to meet weekly targets. - Collaborative teamwork to support field sales and internal stakeholders. - Desire to learn and grow in a commercial environment. Required Education & Certifications - Current enrollment in a BTS NDRC (Business and Administrative Management) program or equivalent. - No prior professional sales experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
