**Job Title:** Kitchen Sales Designer **Role Summary** Design and sell bespoke kitchen solutions for trade customers and homeowners, leveraging CAD software and sales expertise to meet customer needs and business targets. **Expectations** No prior industry experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training and a 12-month apprenticeship program (leading to Level 3 Apprenticeship in Furniture Design) provided. **Key Responsibilities** - Create custom kitchen designs using CAD software to align with customer visions and budgets. - Generate detailed plans, quotes, and proposals for trade customers and homeowners. - Collaborate with sales representatives and installers to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction. - Conduct on-site visits to assess requirements and present tailored designs. - Build and maintain long-term relationships through personalized service and follow-up. - Maximize sales by recommending add-ons and upselling based on customer needs. - Adhere to safety protocols and company-standard design and operational procedures. **Required Skills** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse customers and stakeholders. - Detail-oriented planning and organizational abilities. - Willingness to learn CAD software and product design principles. - Flexibility to work across week and weekend hours as scheduled. - Full valid driving license for site visits. **Required Education & Certifications** - Apprenticeship program completion required (leading to Level 3 Certification in Furniture Design). - CAD training provided as part of onboarding; prior experience not necessary.
