**Job Title:** Business Development Manager **Role Summary** Drive business development for asset management automation solutions targeting large industrial production clients in the BeNeLux region. Focus on expanding automation teams through sales engineering expertise and technical-sales initiatives. **Expectations** - Proven career with stable experience in technical-sales roles. - Openness to full-time employee status (not independent or contractor). **Key Responsibilities** - Lead 70% warm prospecting and 30% farming for automation solutions, including new business generation and client engagement. - Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with sales leadership, prioritizing strategic focus areas. - Deliver technical support to clients (internal/external) and connect them with subject matter experts. - Represent the organization at industry events and conferences as a sales ambassador. - Optimize client insights to support project-based approaches by internal consultants. **Required Skills** - Fluency in Dutch and English. - Minimum 3+ years of technical-sales experience with measurable results in automation/asset management. - Industry knowledge of heavy industrial production processes and OEM/production company operations. - Proficiency in building value-driven sales initiatives for large-scale industrial clients. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
