Job Description

Job title: Sourcing Manager – PAP Role Summary: Lead the sourcing and supplier management function for TAF (Made‑to‑Order) operations within the Fashion division. Oversee supplier performance, contract renewal, trade compliance, sustainability, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and responsible sourcing of fabrics and related services. Expectations: - Manage the end‑to‑end sourcing cycle for TAF buyers and fabric suppliers. - Maintain high supplier performance standards and enforce RSE (Sustainability) initiatives. - Collaborate with purchasing, quality, legal, and product teams to negotiate terms, manage orders, and uphold brand standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supplier Portfolio Management - Oversee TAF and key import suppliers, ensuring functional operations and performance metrics. - Conduct comparative studies (Quality, Cost, Lead Time, Sustainability). - Drive supplier onboarding, reference processes, and contract renewals in collaboration with Quality and Legal. 2. Performance & Improvement - Evaluate current supplier baseline and implement action plans for performance gains. - Monitor and enforce RSE development across the supplier base. 3. Trade & Compliance - Ensure traceability of TAF raw materials and compliance with trade regulations. 4. Cross‑Functional Coordination - Act as interface between buying groups, agents, and internal teams. - Support product teams in negotiations and pricing discussions. 5. Process & Tools - Manage cutting orders, order tracking, and data capitalization. - Maintain activity dashboards and ensure adherence to planning and delivery schedules. - Conduct weekly communication with TAF agents to uphold partnership quality. Required Skills: - Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management. - Excellent communication, synthesis, and proactive problem‑solving. - Advanced Excel (pivot, macros, dashboards). - Fluency in English; French is an advantage. - Familiarity with international trade and sustainability frameworks. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field. - Relevant certification in Procurement or Supply Chain (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.
