**Job title**: Growth & Marketing Program Manager **Role Summary**: Design, launch, and optimize account‑based marketing (ABM) programs that align with sales pipeline and revenue targets. Coordinate cross‑functional efforts across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to deliver multi‑channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, web, events, etc.) that drive engagement, pipeline generation, and measurable ROI. **Expectations**: - Own end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle: strategy, execution, measurement, and reporting. - Translate marketing objectives into data‑driven actions and present results to senior leadership. - Continuously refine ABM playbook by testing new tactics and leveraging industry best practices. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Define and prioritize target accounts and segments in alignment with sales goals. 2. Plan and execute multi‑channel ABM campaigns (email, LinkedIn, web, events, etc.) with tailored messaging and assets. 3. Collaborate with Sales, Central & local Marketing teams to align on target accounts, value propositions, and campaign timing. 4. Work with content creators to produce campaign‑specific assets that resonate with decision‑makers. 5. Track campaign performance, analyze engagement and pipeline impact, and adjust tactics based on insights. 6. Build dashboards and deliver clear read‑outs to leadership highlighting pipeline contribution and ROI. 7. Keep abreast of ABM trends, experiment with new tactics, and iterate on the organization’s ABM strategy. **Required Skills**: - Strong program management and project coordination skills. - Targeted marketing mindset: audience segmentation, account prioritization, and ABM strategy. - Cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. - Data‑driven decision making: performance tracking, analytics, and optimization. - Strategic thinking combined with day‑to‑day execution in a fast‑paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder reporting. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Certified in marketing analytics, ABM, or related program‑management certifications (e.g., HubSpot ABM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent) is a plus.
