**Job Title:** Head of Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end‑to‑end marketing function for a multi‑site hospitality group, driving revenue growth, direct bookings, and customer retention through a modern, data‑led strategy. Own digital performance, brand stewardship, CRM, and creative delivery across all channels, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and a strong, consistent brand presence.
**Expactations:**
* Own the integrated marketing strategy and annual/quarterly plans aligned with revenue targets.*
* Deliver measurable KPI results and ROI on agency spend.*
* Build a high‑performance, data‑oriented marketing team with clear accountability.*
* Strengthen direct booking, loyalty, and brand equity across all platforms.*
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy supporting business growth targets.
- Lead digital & performance marketing: paid search, paid social, display, SEO, retargeting, UX, CRO.
- Manage website governance, content, and conversion optimisation.
- Elevate social media, content, TTL campaigns, PR, and offline initiatives.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Own CRM & loyalty programmes: segmentation, automation, personalisation, retention strategies.
- Lead and coach the Marketing & Brand team; oversee Creative & Design.
- Set KPI frameworks, reporting dashboards (GA4, performance tools) for senior leadership.
- Manage external agencies, ensuring ROI and efficiency.
**Required Skills:**
- Senior marketing leadership experience in hospitality or multi‑site consumer environments.
- Advanced digital & performance marketing expertise with demonstrable revenue impact.
- Proven CRM & loyalty programme development.
- Strong analytical mindset, GA4 and dashboard reporting.
- Strategic thinking with commercial acumen; comfortable hands‑on execution.
- Team‑building, cross‑functional collaboration, and agency management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and brand oversight.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Marketing certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, or equivalent.
- Experience with proprietary marketing CRM platforms and performance tools.
