Job Description
Job Title: French & English Speaking Customer Support Representative Role Summary: Provide inbound and outbound customer support for warranty, product support, and general inquiries in both French and English. Manage call escalation, claim logging, and client communication while maintaining high service quality and meeting performance metrics. Expectations: - Deliver service in line with company standards and KPIs. - Maintain accurate records and timely claim submissions. - Work independently in a remote full‑time capacity (Mon‑Fri 09:00‑18:00 EST or 10:00‑19:00 EST). - Operate within an organization that values proactive problem resolution and empathy. Key Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls regarding warranty coverage, product support, and general inquiries. - Make outbound calls to follow up on technician visits, schedule appointments, and obtain claim details. - Log new claims accurately, ensuring all required information is captured and forwarded to relevant departments. - Explain protection plans, warranty services, and claims processes clearly to customers. - Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams and ensure smooth handover. - Document all customer interactions in the system per company procedures. - Perform additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader to support daily operations. Required Skills: - Minimum 1 year of customer support experience. - French C1 (fluent written and spoken). - English C1 (fluent written and spoken). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Problem‑resolution skills with empathy and patience. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Ability to work under stressful situations and maintain attention to detail. - Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian geography, languages, and regional differences. - Experience with warranty or insurance services is an asset. Required Education & Certifications: - High‑school diploma or equivalent. - Bilingual fluency in French and English at C1 level.
