Job Description
Job Title: GDPR Compliance Intern (M/F) Role Summary: Assist the Data Protection & AI team in maintaining GDPR compliance at corporate headquarters. Support regulatory monitoring, documentation, and cross‑departmental coordination to ensure data protection standards are met. Expectations: - Perform tasks within a 6‑month internship, collaborating closely with legal, IT, and business units in an international setting. - Demonstrate initiative, strong analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize compliance actions. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the annual group compliance program, identifying gaps and reporting progress. - Update and maintain GDPR compliance information in OneTrust, including the personal data processing register. - Draft and revise compliance documents (privacy notices, DPA, consent forms, procedures). - Handle data subject requests in coordination with project teams and subsidiaries. - Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring on data protection and emerging technologies (AI), supporting training and awareness initiatives. - Liaise with IT to keep OneTrust data accurate and current. Required Skills: - Proficiency in English (written and oral) and French. - Strong written and verbal communication, drafting, analysis, and synthesis. - Project coordination skills and ability to work autonomously with diverse teams. - Familiarity with GDPR and related data protection regulations. - Interest in technology, AI, payments, or related regulatory environments. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office; PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
