**Job Title:** Senior Hardware Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, development, verification, and release of high‑quality electronic hardware for automotive, railway, IT, R&D, and telecom projects. Ensure compliance with industry standards, manage risks, and coordinate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust, on‑time solutions.
**Expectations:**

- Maintain clear communication with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Uphold quality standards and adhere to functional safety and industry regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Capture and implement internal/external requirements; review lessons learned from previous model years.
- Produce and release hardware specifications (HITS, PCB design guidelines, End‑of‑Line specs, EMC/DV/PV test plans).
- Coordinate development verification activities and prototype testing using lab equipment (electronic loads, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, climate chambers).
- Implement and maintain GHAT testing environments (CAPL/Python).
- Ensure schematics meet project milestones, pass DRC checks, and follow checklist procedures.
- Perform circuit analysis with OrCAD PSPICE, PSIM, Monte‑Carlo, sensitivity studies; execute WCCA (MathCAD) and DFMEA (IQ‑FMEA).
- Conduct variant consistency analyses per customer specifications.
- Manage documentation release to engineering, manufacturing, and validation teams.
- Conduct quality investigations and support functional safety processes.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong technical coordination, planning, and risk‑management abilities.
- Proficiency with hardware development tools: DxDesigner (schematic), OrCAD PSPICE, PSIM, MathCAD, Excel, CAPL/Python.
- Experience in WCCA, DFMEA, and variant analysis.
- Familiarity with electronic board testing and laboratory equipment operation.
- Knowledge of industry standards: Automotive SPICE, AECQ JEDEC, SAE, MIL‑x, ISO 26262.
- Competence with requirements management (DOORS), change management (JIRA), and configuration management (SVN).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; teamwork orientation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Embedded Systems, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with functional safety procedures (ISO 26262) and relevant industry certifications is preferred.
