Job Title: Ad Sales Partnerships Associate Role Summary: Support the day‑to‑day management of advertising sales partnerships across NBA, WNBA, and G‑League properties. Ensure accurate tracking of sponsorship inventory, maintain up‑to‑date sales records, review and approve creative assets, and coordinate execution workflows with media partners and internal teams to maximize partnership value. Expectations: - Minimum 2 years of experience in media, entertainment, or sports sales. - Strong understanding of brand marketing tactics, media planning terminology, and key performance metrics. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Update and maintain inventory trackers for sold sponsorship positions across NBA, WNBA, and G‑League. - Ensure accuracy of sponsorship records and provide timely updates to sales leadership. - Review, track, and approve new in‑game sales creative and sponsorship elements, ensuring compliance with league and partner standards. - Support weekly updates of the sales pipeline for NBA Digital and NBA TV. - Provide reporting and insights to track progress against sales goals. - Partner with content, marketing, operations, and legal teams to identify and pursue expanded sponsorship opportunities. - Coordinate execution workflows with media partners and internal stakeholders. - Monitor advertising policy compliance across owned‑and‑operated platforms. - Share competitor activities and industry insights to inform strategy.
