Job Description
Job Title: Production Planner & Scheduler Role Summary: Develop and maintain rolling production and scheduling plans across production lines and projects, balance supply and demand, coordinate with operations, sourcing, and quality teams, and optimize resource utilization to ensure efficient production flow. Expectations: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field. • Minimum 2+ years of experience in production, supply, or project planning. • Fluent in English and Dutch. • Familiarity with planning systems such as SAP, OMP, and Business Objects preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Create and update rolling production and scheduling plans for multiple lines and projects. • Monitor resource availability and operational requirements, adjusting plans proactively. • Manage and track orders, inventory, and logistics to maintain optimal efficiency. • Communicate plan changes and status with operations, project, and sourcing teams to minimize disruptions. • Identify root causes of operational challenges and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. • Experience with integrated supply chain or project planning processes. • Proficient in planning software (SAP, OMP, Business Objects). • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time‑management skills. • Process‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
