Job Description
**Job Title** Sales Promoter – Spirits (CHR) Internship **Role Summary** An intensive 5‑month full‑time internship focused on driving the sales and promotion of Aperol Spritz and other Spritz brands within the CAFÉ‑HOTEL‑RESTAURANT (CHR) channel. The role reports directly to the Regional Director and involves on‑the‑ground activation, merchandising, and training of CHR partners to ensure optimal product placement and service standards. **Expectations** - Commit to the full 5‑month internship period. - Work under the Regional Director’s guidance, meeting set sales objectives and performance targets. - Apply the “Perfect Serve Aperol Spritz” service model across all CHR accounts. **Key Responsibilities** - Install and maintain product displays and promotional materials in CHR venues. - Conduct brand and product training sessions for venue staff, emphasizing correct preparation and service of Aperol Spritz. - Coordinate and execute in‑venue promotions and sampling events. - Monitor inventory levels in partner venues and coordinate replenishment. - Gather and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity. - Collaborate with the marketing and distribution teams to align field activities with broader brand strategies. **Required Skills** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in French (written and spoken). - Commercial mindset with a sense of urgency and drive to achieve targets. - Methodical, organized, and capable of working independently. - Comfortable with mobile, on‑site work and flexible scheduling. - Interest in the spirits sector and willingness to learn product nuances. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of Bac+2 (Associate degree) or equivalent in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field. - No specific certifications required; knowledge of spirits or hospitality experience is a plus.
