Job Description
**Job Title**: Human Resources Manager **Role Summary**: Lead end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and process digitization, to support organizational growth and alignment with strategic objectives. **Expectations**: Minimum 7+ years of HR experience in a corporate setting; open to candidates with disabilities. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage full-cycle employment lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding). - Oversee payroll processes and social declarations in collaboration with an external accountant. - Implement recruitment strategies (job analysis, advertising, candidate screening, and interviews). - Coordinate external training programs with department managers. - Prepare internal and legal HR reporting (e.g., Index, RPS). - Monitor and optimize HR service budget. - Support corporate social policy via CSE participation. - Drive digitization of HR workflows (interviews, ticketing). - Supervise HR and General Services teams. - Liaise with legal counsel on contractual matters (end-of-contract procedures, policy drafting). **Required Skills**: - Mastery of employee administration (contract lifecycle, payroll). - Strategic recruitment and interview technique expertise. - Proficiency in HR software and digitization tools. - Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. - Advanced understanding of social insurance bodies (Urssaf, pensions, OPCO). **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s or Master’s (180 ECTS) in Social Law or Human Resources. - No specific certifications required.
