Job Description
Job title Marketing and Communications Manager Role Summary Lead the development and execution of a cohesive multichannel marketing and communications strategy aligned with the 2025‑2030 corporate plan. Drive brand positioning, visibility, and perceived value across all stakeholder groups (insurers, health professionals, and beneficiaries) while managing content, digital, events, and media relations. Expectations - Double experience: proven track record in both agency and in‑house environments. - Prior exposure to the health, optical, or insurance sector is highly desirable. - Demonstrated ability to manage 360° communication projects for B2B/B2B2C audiences. Key Responsibilities - Design, launch, and refine the integrated marketing/communication strategy and key messaging. - Lead major brand refresh initiatives and multi‑channel campaigns (print, digital, video, events). - Produce high‑value content (briefs, articles, newsletters, commercial materials, reports, presentations). - Oversee the corporate website and develop a consistent social media strategy. - Coordinate operational communication to professional networks and maintain message cohesion across all channels. - Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors; set performance expectations and oversee production. - Implement measurement tools and KPIs to evaluate impact; recommend optimization actions. - Administer the marketing and communications budget. Required Skills - Strategic thinking with strong operational execution capability. - Mastery of B2B/B2B2C marketing, content creation, digital channels, and event management. - Excellent written communication and editorial judgment. - Project management skills: structuring, prioritizing, and coordinating cross‑functional teams. - Change‑management aptitude and collaborative mindset. - Negotiation and relationship‑building with agencies and partners. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. - Professional certifications in marketing, digital marketing, or communications are a plus.
