**Job title:** Program Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead cross‑functional aerospace programs, owning customer satisfaction and economic performance from bid to closure. Drive planning, execution, risk, and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, cost, and environmental objectives.
**Expectations:**
- Full accountability for program customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Deliver approved business cases, meet or exceed defined KPIs, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and execute all program lifecycle phases, including bid management and program closeout.
- Lead a matrix program team, coordinating resources, schedules, and deliverables.
- Serve as primary customer interface, managing commercial relations and communication.
- Establish, maintain, and communicate baselines for technical scope, cost, schedule, and resources.
- Implement and monitor program performance through Earned Value Management and KPIs.
- Oversee risk and opportunity management, data management, and configuration control.
- Ensure adherence to program management and support processes, including quality, environmental (ISO 14001), and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote lean principles and drive process improvements across the team.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven program management in aerospace or industrial manufacturing, with contracts > €25 m and ≥10 years experience.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team motivation abilities.
- Expertise in planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and schedule management.
- Proficiency in risk, opportunity, and performance measurement (EVM).
- Process‑mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch, French, and English.
- Advanced MS Office, Microsoft Project, SAP, and data analysis skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
- PMP and/or Prince2 (or equivalent) program management certification.
