Job Title: Senior Software Engineer – Backend Role Summary Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, distributed backend systems for real‑time advertising workflows. Own and evolve multiple Go‑based APIs and data pipelines that serve external partners, ensuring reliability, scalability, and low latency. Expactations - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years managing complex, high‑availability distributed systems. - Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end solutions from MVP to production at scale, and to mentor peers in engineering best practices. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in ambiguous or evolving technical environments.
