**Job Title** Account Manager – Events Sales **Role Summary** Drive the planning, execution, and post‑event analysis of high‑value luxury sales events for client brands. Acts as the primary liaison between the brand and Arlettie, ensuring seamless operations, optimal merchandising, and the achievement of sales targets while maintaining brand standards. **Expectations** - Consistently deliver sales events that meet or exceed agreed conversion rates, revenue, and margin targets. - Represent Arlettie professionally to all stakeholders (brands, visitors, and internal teams). - Provide timely, data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Event Planning & Coordination** - Define marketing invitations per client segmentation. - Analyse product assortment and pricing strategy. - Design zoning, merchandising layout, and sales objectives in partnership with management. - Brief sales teams on event specifics. 2. **Event Management & Optimization** - Monitor real‑time sales parameters (traffic, basket size, margin). - Implement corrective actions in collaboration with the brand. - Suggest marketing tactics to boost conversion and revenue. - Provide daily operational reports to the brand. 3. **Post‑Event Reporting & Analysis** - Compile detailed sales statistics and profitability reports. - Evaluate marketing performance and identify improvement areas. - Propose new event concepts, dates, formats, and commission structures. **Required Skills** - **Hard Skills** - Deep knowledge of luxury fashion codes and product sensibility. - Experience in purchasing and/or retail merchandising. - Expertise in B2B client relationship management. - Proficiency in retail operations and event‑specific crisis management. - Ability to manage an operational account and produce financial reports. - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards). - Fluency in French and English (written and spoken). - **Soft Skills** - Strong autonomy, entrepreneurial agility, and proactive problem‑solving. - High attention to detail, rigorous standards, and results orientation. - Excellent interpersonal skills at all organisational levels. - Positive, collaborative, and motivating leadership style. **Required Education & Certifications** - Graduate of a Grande École (or equivalent) in business/commerce. - Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a buyer and/or retail merchandiser in the luxury/fashion sector.
