**Job Title** Undergraduate Data Governance & ESG **Role Summary** An entry‑level placement for an undergraduate student focusing on data governance, ESG reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role supports digital transformation initiatives by ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility while contributing to sustainability goals. **Expectations** - Minimum 35 hrs/week with flexible start times (07:00‑11:00) and up to 2 remote days per week. - Travel within Europe for internal and external meetings as required. - Learn foundational data management, governance practices, and ESG reporting in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Collect, validate, and organize high‑quality data using digital tools. - Assist in data governance activities to maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely data flows and regulatory compliance. - Monitor performance through data analysis and documentation. - Contribute to supplier materials (newsletters, guidance documents, instructional content). - Manage shared collaboration spaces (Outlook, SharePoint) for effective data organization. - Prepare and maintain audit‑readiness documentation and regulatory reports. - Support automation initiatives to enhance digital capabilities for compliance reporting. - Identify workflow improvement opportunities and aid implementation of governance solutions. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and other data management platforms. - Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced setting. - Collaborative team player with solid organizational and time‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on data analysis. *Desirable*: Knowledge of the automotive industry or prior experience in data or sustainability sectors.
