**Job title** Assistant / Assistante accueil petite enfance **Role Summary** Supports the daily operation of a micro‑crèche (12 berceaux) by welcoming families, caring for infants and toddlers, and ensuring a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment under the guidance of the management team. The position is a full‑time fixed‑term contract (CDD) from 07:30‑18:30, Monday‑Friday, focusing on child care, hygiene, and program support. **Expactations** - Full‑time, CDD (starting 21/11, 1 week contract, subject to extension) - Monday‑Friday, 07:30‑18:30 shift hours - Direct reporting to the management team - Work in a single micro‑crèche with 12 berceaux - Provide competent, friendly care to infants and toddlers - Maintain compliance with hygiene and safety regulations **Key Responsibilities** - Greet children and families, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. - Provide daily hygiene care and comfort (changing, feeding, toileting). - Organize and supervise mealtimes, record dietary needs. - Monitor and support healthy sleep patterns and sleep environments. - Adapt the physical space to developmental stages and daily activities. - Plan and facilitate child‑appropriate activities, promoting autonomy and learning. - Participate in outdoor activities while ensuring safety. - Keep the environment clean, following strict hygiene protocols (changing areas, tables, toys, etc.). - Observe and record child development, communicating observations to parents and team. - Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the educational project. - Uphold the shared educational values and maintain team cohesion. **Required Skills** - Knowledge of hygiene and cleaning standards for childcare settings. - Child‑stimulation techniques and early‑learning approaches. - Strong relational skills with infants, toddlers, and families. - Observation and reporting of child development. - Ability to support daily routines and foster independence. - Team orientation and collaborative mindset. - Flexibility and capacity to adapt to changing needs. **Required Education & Certifications** - CAP Petite Enfance / CAP AEPE / Bac Pro ASSP / BEP ASSP - Equivalent level in child‑care or related field accepted. - Willingness to hold or obtain a health‑related Baccalaureate (e.g., Bac Pro Accompagnement Soins et Services à la Personne). ---
