Job Description

**Job Title**: IT Application Support Engineer **Role Summary**: Deploy, maintain, and support application solutions to ensure reliable, performant, and up-to-date environments for end-users while bridging project teams and operational needs. **Expectations**: - Minimum 3 years of experience in application or industrial system maintenance. - Strong technical expertise in software solutions (MES, ERP, PLM). - Proficiency in application deployment, system configuration, and incident resolution. - Experience documenting functional and technical processes. **Key Responsibilities**: - Analyze deployment requirements, configure new features, and update implementations. - Validate deployments, troubleshoot incidents, and manage critical system outages. - Collaborate with users to resolve anomalies and provide technical support. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. - Document all interventions in tracking systems. - Support user testing and ensure seamless implementation of solutions. **Required Skills**: - Application support and troubleshooting. - Object-oriented programming, database management. - Industrial IT systems (MES, ERP, PLM). - Technical English proficiency. - Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field. - Industrial IT or application-specific certifications (if applicable).
