Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that deliver measurable business value to clients, integrating models into end‑to‑end products via a full‑stack, iterative approach.
Expectations
- Apply pragmatic, iterative model development (pre‑trained or custom).
- Build full‑stack AI features, continuously improving integration.
- Prepare, clean, and preprocess data efficiently for training.
- Evaluate and tune model performance using appropriate metrics.
- Shape project architecture from a modeling and technical perspective.
- Advise clients on the business impact of AI initiatives.
- Communicate findings clearly in written and oral formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement AI models (vision, speech, LLM, diffusion) using Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.
- Develop front‑end/back‑end components with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and store/query data in MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Collect, clean, and transform raw data; design pipelines for model training and inference.
- Conduct experiments, assess results, and iterate to achieve significant performance gains.
- Collaborate on technical architecture decisions, including infrastructure, deployment, and scaling.
- Provide client-facing advisory on AI value, requirements, and feasibility.
- Participate in pair‑programming, code reviews, and continuous learning workshops.
Required Skills
Technical:
- Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI API (or equivalent).
- TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Data engineering: collection, cleaning, preprocessing, pipeline design.
- ML experimentation, metric evaluation, model deployment (embedded, web, cloud).
- Knowledge of diffusion models, large‑language models, and current AI trends.
Soft:
- Strong written and spoken communication; client advisory ability.
- Curiosity, intellectual rigor, and accountability.
- Team collaboration, pair‑programming, and code review proficiency.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Professional certifications in ML/AI (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenAI API) are a plus.
