Corporate Vice President / UK Europe Sales Leader – Analytics
**Role Summary**
Lead the UK/EU sales function for WNS Analytics, managing a team of Horizontal Sales Leads across multiple industry verticals. Drive new‑business acquisition, account farming, upselling and cross‑selling to meet and exceed revenue and profit targets while serving as a trusted advisor to C‑level clients.

- Coach, motivate and develop the sales team to deliver consistent growth.
- Align UK/EU strategies with North America and global solution teams.
- Provide accurate forecasting, performance reporting, and market insights.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and develop a multi‑domain sales team (BFSI, HCLS, MRC, HPS, TSLU).
- Own team’s growth targets: farming, hunting, and cross‑selling initiatives.
- Nurture existing accounts, act as trusted advisor, and expand service footprint.
- Lead solution design and proposal development to ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with delivery, account management, and domain BU leaders for seamless execution.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and identify emerging opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Engage senior client leadership, drive governance, gather feedback, and improve service relevance.
- Mentor onsite staff to enhance their farming capabilities.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 10 years sales and account‑management experience, with at least 5 years leading sales teams in the UK/EU.
- Proven consultative selling to C‑level executives across multiple industries.
- Strong track record of revenue generation, upselling, and cross‑selling.
- Deep understanding of analytics services, data science, AI (including generative AI), statistical analysis, reporting automation, data engineering, and cloud technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Sales leadership or management certifications/courses are a plus.
