Job Description

Job title: Commerce Manager Role Summary: Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team to drive customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability across a defined product scope. Manage operations, merchandising, and commercial initiatives while maintaining product availability, price strategy, and inventory control. Expectations: - Inspire and coach a team of sales and category specialists. - Maintain exceptional customer service and product quality. - Adjust product assortments and commercial tactics in response to market dynamics. - Achieve or exceed revenue, margin, and turnover targets. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with merchandising standards. - Design and execute localized commercial projects (partnerships, promotions, in‑store events). - Analyze key performance indicators: sales volume, gross margin, stock turns, and shrinkage. - Optimize pricing, purchasing budgets, and inventory levels to maximize profitability. - Initiate and manage product brand collaborations, supplier negotiations, and stock replenishment. - Lead performance reviews, training, and skill development for team members. Required Skills: - Strong leadership and team‑building abilities. - Proficient in retail analytics and KPI management. - Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategy, and inventory control. - Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills. - Results‑driven with a proven ability to meet commercial targets.
